Cata arrived on time and driver was very professional. However, I booked a sedan for my handicapped father who uses a wheel chair and the car that arrived was a SUV. My elderly mother had to boost my father into the SUV and try to get him into it. The driver stated they did not have a sedan available even though I booked it over a month out. I specifically added on our booking reservation that he was in a wheelchair. Highly disappointed in the service and will not use them again.

Luis was a great driver… he took us to the cruise port at the beginning of our vacation and took us back home at the end. Both times he was early and communicated with us to let us know he was nearby. He was very professional and helpful. The Mercedes Sprinter was really nice as well, it was just like the pictures online but it looked even more impressive in person. It comfortably fit 11 of us and tons of luggage for our 7 day cruise. The App feature that lets you track the vehicle is great as well, from the moment the driver is in route you can see how far he is so you can be ready to go. Overall very satisfied and would definitely recommend this company.

I cannot recommend this service enough. It was my first time traveling with my children (ages 1 and 3) and I was worried about trying to schlep them and our luggage to get to a rental car and install car seats, so I booked an SUV with a infant and toddler car seat and it was the best decision ever. Ariel was incredibly kind and patient. He arrived before our flight landed and texted me to let me know he was here. He also sent me a picture of the car seats so that I could approve the setup before we got there. He then met us at baggage claim and helped to load all of our stuff into the car and even had an iPad set up playing Cocomelon for my kids and cold bottled water for the adults. It was the best greeting we could have asked for and the perfect way to kick off our trip after a long flight with two kids!
